Yasmin Foster is an HR leader who is passionate about performance management, fostering talent development, and operating as a strategic business partner to drive organizational success. With a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Yasmin brings academic knowledge and practical expertise to her roles, cultivated throughout her 10+ year career.

Yasmin began her HR career as an HR Leader at Target. Thereafter, she operated in roles specializing in HR Executive Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development – spanning diverse industries, including tech, financial services, and retail. Currently, she serves as the Senior HR leader at a global fin-tech company, directing all US HR operations.

Committed to supporting rising professionals, Yasmin is a mentor for The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Foundation, guiding emerging HR professionals in developing their career goals and high-demand skills. Also, as a firm believer in the motto ‘always be networking,’ Yasmin is passionate about building connections within the HR community and being a connector.
